Who we are

Imvite (imvite.me and app.imvite.me) is an online service ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@imvite.me.

What Imvite is

Imvite lets you design an online invitation for a wedding or another celebration, send each household its own link, and collect their replies in one list. Your guests do not need an account.

Your account

You need an account to make an invitation. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one.

Price and payment

Imvite costs €29 per invitation, paid once, with everything included for that invitation: every design and 3D opening, unlimited guests, replies and later changes. One payment publishes one invitation; designing more invitations is free, and each one you publish is paid for separately. The wedding bundle, €49, publishes three invitations (for example a save the date, the invitation and a thank-you card). A custom link, €5, gives one invitation an address you choose, such as imvite.me/i/anna-luis, once you have checked it is free; the old link keeps working. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Prices include VAT where it applies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle appears on your receipt and card statement, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying. How it works is on our refund policy page.

Your content

The words, names, photos and guest lists you add stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to the guests you send links to, only so Imvite can work. Only add photos and text you have the right to use, and do not use Imvite for anything unlawful, hateful or for sending spam.

We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we will tell you why.

How long your invitation stays online

Your invitation stays online for your guests after the event, and you can change or delete it at any time. If we ever have to close Imvite, we will tell you at least 60 days before, so you can save your guest list.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Imvite running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by email before the change applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Kosovo. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the consumer law of your country, and you can bring a claim there.
